This brand new traditional stone house is located on the hill above Gerakas, just up from Gallini Taverna. The villa is surrounded by forest, has the most incredible panoramic views of Gerakas, Porto Roma and Vasilikos that you will ever see. Peace and quiet also, all you can hear is birdsong. If you love the countryside and nature, this house will be the perfect place to spend your holiday.

The entrance to the shares a porch which adjoins a privately owned, quiet property next door.

The ground floor is open plan. There is a fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The comfortable, spacious lounge has an open fireplace and patio doors onto a balcony with fabulous views of Gerakas. There is also a double sofa bed. Just off to the left from the front door you will find a downstairs bathroom with shower, WC and basin.

Going up the spiral staircase to the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms; one double and one twin, which can also be turned into another double. There is a bathroom with shower, basin, WC and a washing machine. Both bedrooms have open wood beamed ceilings and sea views. The master bedroom has patio doors which again open onto a balcony with table and chairs.

The garden has sun loungers, table and chairs and gets the sun all day. Walking to Gerakas takes approximately 30 minutes down over the headland path, or about a 20-25 minute stroll by road. Good exercise!
