Sleeps 4 – 5

These properties are situated in peaceful olive groves, only 200 metres from Gerakas beach and the secluded cove, which is ideal for snorkelling. If you are lucky you may see the monk seals. The tavernas, mini market and Gerakas Garden Bar are only a short stroll, so everything you need is close at hand.

The two villas are identical and the main entrance leads into a spacious open plan living room and dining area, with a sofa bed and table and chairs. The living room has double French windows that lead out onto the terrace which is furnished with a patio table and chairs. The kitchen area is at the far end to the living/dining area and is well equipped with an electric hob, toaster/sandwich maker, a large fridge, an electric kettle and storage cupboard.

The ground floor bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table as well as a bedside table with lamps. The French windows lead out onto a terrace which has lovely views. Adjacent to the bedroom is the shower room with hand basin and toilet.

A spiral staircase leads to the upstairs landing where you will find the en-suite shower room with hand basin and toilet and the first floor bedroom. This bedroom has two single beds and is furnished with wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables and chairs. French windows lead onto a balcony with beautiful sea views. All the windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Both villas have air conditioning and satellite TV.
