This property is located just of the quiet lane that leads to Gerakas beach and is set in mature grounds. This individual stone built cottage is spacious and cool and has a real homely feel with traditional open beamed ceilings and a quarry-tiled floor.

The main entrance leads into the open plan living room which is nicely furnished with a comfortable sofa, easy chairs and an open fire place. The adjacent dining area with table and chairs gives the cottage a cosy warmth. There are double French windows leading directly out onto the covered terrace. The cottage has a separate, well-equipped kitchen area, with a four-burner hob, a small oven and a large fridge with a freezer compartment.

A small lobby leads to the two bedrooms; one is a double and the other a twin. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished with large wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. French windows in each of the bedrooms lead out on to the terrace. A spare bed suitable for a child can be provided on request, and there is an additional day bed in the living room. The bathroom has both a shower and small bath, basin and toilet.
