All our properties are competitively priced
and selected for their material quality and superb locations. You can be assured
that whatever you choose, be it villa, cottage, apartment or studio, you will
be within easy walking distance of local tavernas, shops and glorious beaches.
In addition to room and balcony furnishings each property is provided with
basic cooking equipment, fridge, bed linen and bath towels and is cleaned on a
daily basis. Most properties have a television and air conditioning, and all
have cooling fans. Most are fitted with mosquito nets at the main windows.

Set in mature grounds just off the quiet lane that leads to Gerakas beach,
this stone-built cottage has a homely feel and is spacious and cool with traditional
open timber ceilings and a quarry-tiled floor.

(each sleeps 4-5)
Gerakas House is a two storey property standing in cultivated gardens
surrounded by olive trees. The house is made up of four apartments surrounded
by covered balconies and verandas with tables and chairs.

These properties are situated in peaceful olive groves and are two
storey villas. Each has two bedrooms – one double and one twin with
a sofa bed in the living room. From the first floor bedroom there are
sea views.

Both upstairs and downstairs apartments comprise of a dining room and
kitchen area, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area.
Set in lush gardens and olive groves and the beautiful Gerakas beach only

These modern studios are tucked away on the peaceful headland and have
excellent sea views. Each studio has a spacious bedroom with one double and
one single bed, kitchen area and both have individual balconies.

This pretty little house is located just behind Gerakas House, in blissfully
peaceful grounds filled with bougainvillea, lemon and orange trees. Mimika
Villa is a family home and has a very cosy atmosphere. It's one of our favourites!

This brand new traditional stone house is located on the hill above
Gerakas, just up from Gallini Taverna. The villa is surrounded by forest,
has the most incredible panoramic views of Gerakas, Porto Roma and Vasilikos
that you will ever see.
